Are my details and records kept confidential?

Yes, Unitec Osteopathy operates under the Privacy Code. Patient confidentiality is considered extremely important, and your details and records will not be shared with anyone else, unless you’ve given your permission to do so.

Can my treatments be covered by medical insurance?

Many private health insurance schemes cover osteopathic treatment. If you have medical insurance please check with your company that they’ll cover your treatment.

How do I make an appointment?

Contact us on 0800 267 836 or contact us. Our friendly office staff can advise you on what to expect in your session and can answer any additional questions you may have.

Can I cancel my appointment?

You can cancel your appointment as long as it meets our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

Please aim to give us 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Any cancelled or rescheduled appointments without appropriate notice may result in full billing of the missed treatment. If you are unable to attend on a consistent basis we may refuse to rebook you for further treatments. In cases of severe weather or communicable illness, please try to give as much notice as possible.
